Salesforce is a cloud computing service as a software (SaaS) company that specialises in customer relationship management (CRM). Salesforce’s services allow businesses to use cloud technology to better connect with customers, partners and potential customers. For the this project, Salesforce wanted our Sinch tools to be a part of their CRM and Customer 360 tool. Adapting to their framework and using their design guidelines was a challenge since we needed to redesign our tools to their framework.
With the frame work se and design resources available, we were able to adapt our current tools to match the Salesforce framework. I contributed with some advice on designing prototypes as well on testing the these prototypes. On the products I worked on, it was essential to keep a consistency on how our tools worked but also adapting to Salesforce requirements which we managed to do.
